PETS - Pets are not permitted.

SMOKING - 'Hudsons' operates a NO SMOKING policy within the building and areas of external premises.  We appreciate your co-operation with this policy.

DAMAGES/BREAKAGES - Guests may be held liable for the cost or replacement of any damage however caused to the accommodation and its contents. Please report damage or breakage if they occur.

LIABILITY - We do not accept responsibility for any items or articles that you bring onto the premises.

CHILDREN - We welcome children aged 10 and above who are responsible to accommodate a room by themselves.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Cancellations of less than 3 days notice will be charged the equivalent to one nights accommodation at the rate at which the reservation was made.  Normal terms of payment apply to these charges.  For this purpose we reserve the right to set off the amount payable for such cancellation against the clients credit/debit card without prior notice or approval of the client, where applicable.  In the unlikely event that we cancel a booking prior to the scheduled day of arrival, our liability will be no greater than the amount paid by the client in respect of any booking.  Where possible we may, but are not obliged nor will be liable to find alternative accommodation for the client in the event that we are unable to accommodate the client.   

DEPOSITS - Rooms are secured by deposit of one nights tariff. The deposit is non-refundable Payments can be made by cash, cheque or debit/credit card. Cheques made payable to 'Hudsons' The outstanding balance is payable on arrival.

ARRIVAL - Rooms are usually available from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. If you plan to arrive after 2.00 pm please contact us.

DEPARTURE - Please vacate your room by 10.00 am on the day of departure.

KEYS - Keys must be returned on the day of departure.
