Terms & Conditions.

PRICE - The given price is for accommodation and includes breakfast. All prices include VAT.
PETS - Pets are not permitted.
SMOKING - 'Hudsons' operates a NO SMOKING policy within the building and areas of external premises. We appreciate your co-operation with this policy.
LIABILITY - We do not accept responsibility for any items or articles that you bring onto the premises.
CHILDREN - We welcome children who are responsible to accommodate a room by themselves. (Due to not having family rooms).
CANCELLATION POLICY - Cancellations of less than 7 days notice, and non-arrivals will be charged the equivalent to one night's accommodation at the rate at which the reservation was made. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL BOOKINGS AT ANY TIME.
PAYMENT/DEPOSITS - Payments can be made by cash, cheque or debit/credit card. Cheques made payable to 'Hudsons'. There is a 3% charge on a credit card transaction.
ARRIVAL - Rooms are available from 2.00pm.
DEPARTURE - Please vacate your room by 11.00am on the day of departure.
